Mazi Ladki Bahin Yojana 2024: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has launched the Mazhi Ladki Bahin Yojana during the state’s interim budget. Under this scheme, eligible women are provided financial assistance of Rs 1500 per month.

Mazhi Ladki Bahin Yojana is an important welfare scheme launched by the Maharashtra government, which aims to provide economic independence to the women of the state, improve their health and nutrition status and empower them.

The state government has already transferred an amount of Rs 3000 as installments for the month of July and August to the bank accounts of the beneficiary women through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Now, the state government is going to release the second installment of the scheme, in which Rs 4500 will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of those women who did not get money in the first installment. The date for the second installment of the Mazhi Ladki Bahin Yojana has been announced, but only those women will receive the second installment under the scheme who have already applied and meet the criteria of the scheme.

Ladki Bahin Yojana Last Date Extended 2024

The Maharashtra government has extended the last date to apply for the Ladki Behan Yojana. Earlier this date was fixed as 31 August 2024, but now women can apply for this scheme in September 2024 also.

Many women have still not been able to apply. Some had to correct their documents and some had to prepare their documents, due to which many women lost the opportunity to apply. But there is no need to worry now, because the Chief Minister of Maharashtra has decided to extend the application date of this scheme.

Extended Date

Ladki Behan Yojana was launched on 1st July 2024, and earlier its last date was fixed as 31st August 2024. But recently, it has been extended to September 2024, so all eligible women can now avail the benefits of this scheme.
